New animal control officer is now in place. Has already been taking calls concerning dogs running loose.

Chesapeake Report--Not enough water was available from Davenport so water was bought from Bailey lake at a reduced rate. Donna Rae competes for #2 and #3 in Barnett Shlae. Was at 6.3 mcf/day. Now at Day 9 10.2 mcf/day for Well #1, 9.3 mcf/day for Well #2. Largest is in Keene with 11 mcf/day. Looking at adding more wells even with gas at $3.50. Had to 4 stage frac at 4 million gallons of water per stage. 1st checks should be at 120 to 135 days and will be for 3 or 4 months. One of the wells runs down the centerline of Valley View.

Tree Problem--Unknown trash truck struck tree, limb fell on car, trooper gave them blue forms to fill out. Tree will be cut down.

Open Forum--
Dumping--Call county. Sunday someone dumped 4 dead cows. County came right out.

AT&T--Phones and video phones offered to Briaroaks. Uverse, fiber option, internet, all services--bundle

Election--Absentee voting held at Peggy Hardin's house.
